In August, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital CEO Christopher J. Dougherty talked about the challenges that the hospital faces and how it is working to meet those needs with minimal impact.
BRATTLEBORO — Christopher Dougherty will not be returning to his position as president and CEO of Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.
On Thursday, the BMH Board of Directors announced the news. Dougherty had been on a leave of absence since Oct. 3.
"The parties agree that under the current circumstances it is best for Chris to depart and for the Hospital to bring in new leadership," the announcement states.
