BRATTLEBORO — Financial challenges at the local hospital brought concern from the community and scrutiny from regulators this year.
CEO Christopher Dougherty and CFO and Controller Laura Bruno parted ways with Brattleboro Memorial Hospital towards the end of 2025. In acting co-CEO roles are Dr. Elizabeth McLarney and Dr. Tony Blofson, and consultants are filling in for the other positions.
