TOWNSHEND — NewBrook ranked the best of the three elementary schools in the West River Education District for consolidating them, according to a study by Stevens & Associates.
Administrators are being asked to provide an estimate for setting up a temporary building at the site to see if savings might be worthwhile for a short-term plan.
