WILMINGTON — Starfire Bakery and 1a Coffee Roasters are planning to merge in the former Wilmington House of Pizza building on Route 9.
Chrystal Holt, co-founder of 1a, said the new location will provide "space for a larger kitchen operation, which the bakery currently needs, and put the coffee roasting operation into the garage, which is amazing, and also provide seating so people can actually sit down and enjoy their coffee and their baked goods, which our current locations don't support."
