To the Editor: The following is in response to Publisher Jordan Brechenser's commentary, "Hazardous cleanup: Who is liable?" in the March 11 Reformer.
The AIDS Project of Southern Vermont offers a practical solution to this problem. Because of a recent grant, private property owners need not feel that they have to take on sharps disposal if they are not comfortable doing so.
