BRATTLEBORO — A Windham County man with a long history of criminal charges and documented mental‑health struggles was released Thursday for inpatient treatment after a judge determined he was not competent to continue in criminal proceedings.
Jason Moul, 44, who most recently listed an address in Springfield, did not contest the evaluation.
