BRATTLEBORO — Select Board members spent hours on Tuesday determining what else needs to be incorporated in the proposed budget or eliminated before finalization.
Despite efforts by board member Amanda Ellis-Thurber to change course, they stuck with their previous decision to contract with Casella Waste Systems for curbside collection of recycling and trash.
