BRATTLEBORO — A Westminster man is facing domestic assault charges after allegedly choking and punching a victim.
Cosmus Musyoka, 44, of Westminster pleaded not guilty last week to aggravated domestic assault and domestic assault during arraignment Monday in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division. He was released on court-ordered conditions and an unsecured appearance bond.
