Ski resorts have begun their snowmaking.
Magic Mountain Ski Area was the first one in the local area to start, said Magic President Geoff Hatheway. Guns went on last Friday.
Magic is projected to open Friday, Nov. 28, for season pass holders, and the next day for everyone else.
"Snowmaking fired up for the first time on Monday night and the team is still going at into Tuesday evening," Bromley Mountain said in a newsletter.
