WEST DOVER — Summer is getting started at Mount Snow.
"Mount Snow is very much a family place," resort spokesperson Samara Sausville said, seeing it as somewhere that people come for year-round experiences in the Green Mountains.
Summer operations include hiking, biking, scenic chairlift rides, events and concerts. Relaxing with a cold beer at the base lodge is another option.
"I think there's something that's just so peaceful about being in Vermont in the winter, summer and fall," Sausville said.
