BRATTLEBORO — A St. Albans man, held without bail after making threats with a knife, is turning his life around.
Benjamin J. Peterson, 46, thought someone at Groundworks Collaborative in Brattleboro had stolen his phone out of his pocket during an incident in March, according to a plea agreement accepted by Judge Michael Kainen on Thursday.
