BRATTLEBORO — Windham & Windsor Housing Trust received the last bit of local approval for 70 units to be built in three phases at The Chalet on South Street.
On Wednesday, the Brattleboro Development Review Board voted in favor of granting final approval to the proposed "traditional neighborhood planned unit development."
