BRATTLEBORO — New England Center for Circus Arts recently received a $11,705 grant from Arts & Social Cohesion grant program of the Vermont Community Foundation. The grant will help NECCA launch the Vermont Circus Festival November 2-9 with the mission to bring people together to celebrate the joy of circus through workshops, performances, and community events.
