HINSDALE, N.H. — A handful less than 150 voters at Saturday’s Town Meeting moved through the warrant steadily, approving the municipal budget and endorsing a long‑planned investment in economic development while also considering a proposal to establish a new capital improvement funding stream through a $5 vehicle registration fee.
