BRATTLEBORO — Following Tuesday's local election, the Select Board reorganized and picked Oscar Heller to chair.
"I think this is going to be a great team," Heller, who's in the second year of a three-year term, said at the reorganization meeting on Thursday. "We're all set up to have an excellent year.
