BRATTLEBORO — United Way of Windham County celebrated 65 years of serving the community in multi-faceted ways and during super challenging times.
"Six and a half decades of dedication, service and impact is a remarkable achievement, and it is my honor to acknowledge and applaud the incredible work we, as a community, have accomplished over the years," Ruben Garza, executive director of United Way of Windham County, wrote in a letter to the community.
