BRATTLEBORO — After 12 years of serving on the Legislature, Rep. Tristan Toleno, D-Windham 9, will not be seeking reelection.
"I have decided that now is the time for me to step back from this work," he said in a letter announcing his decision (which is published on page A5 of today's Reformer).
