BRATTLEBORO — A Putney man is facing serious drug charges.
Terry A. Parson Jr., 42, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony counts of trafficking fentanyl and possession of cocaine during an arraignment in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division. The charges each carry a potential five-year sentence and fines of as much as $25,000 for the former and $100,000 for the latter.
