BRATTLEBORO — Bail will remain at the same amount for a driver accused of striking and killing a man who was waiting by his stuck car along Route 30 on Dec. 9 in Townshend.
Shane Whittaker, 24, of Jamaica, and friends were driving on Route 30 when their car slid off the road, according to information from the court.
