BRATTLEBORO — A man accused of burglarizing Ray Gun Comics over the weekend was arraigned Monday.
Michael J. Smith, 36, of Brattleboro, pleaded not guilty to burglary, unlawful mischief and petty larceny.
State's Attorney Steven Brown asked the court to hold Smith on $2,500 bail, as Smith has previously failed to appear for other court matters and violated conditions of probation.
