Academy School in West Brattleboro and Putney Central School received funding to launch Community School pilot programs aimed at amping up support and opportunities.
The schools were awarded a $104,000 grant through the Vermont Agency of Education for the initiative, with the potential for continued support for two additional years through the University of Vermont's Catamount Community School Collaborative, according to an announcement.
