BRATTLEBORO — Rick Morton, the chairman of the Brattleboro Republican Party Committee and vice chairman of the Windham County Republican Party Committee who's running for one of the state Senate seats for the county, knows he lives in a very liberal area.
His appeal is to unregistered voters who don't think voting is worthwhile and Democrats upset with the current trajectory.
