BRATTLEBORO — Candidates for the Windham Southeast School District Board shared their perspectives on education and goals if elected at a forum before Tuesday's election.
Former board member Kelly Young and newcomer Jocelyn Fritts are vying for a three-year seat representing Guilford. Other races are uncontested in the district, which includes Brattleboro, Dummerston, Guilford and Putney.
