WILMINGTON — The Hermitage Club has several big projects in the pipeline.
Proposed development at the member-owned ski resort includes the construction of a chairlift, a permanent ski patrol facility and an additional four-family residential structure in the Grenoble Way development. Approval from the Wilmington Development Review Board is needed as is state permitting and Act 250 approval.
