BRATTLEBORO — The Southern Vermont League (SVL) announced its first round of all-stars for the winter sports season, and a few local athletes were selected to the girls basketball and Nordic skiing lists.

Brattleboro’s Reese Croutworst was selected to the A Division first team after a season where she scored her 1,000th career point in a 39-35 win at Burr & Burton on Jan.
