BRATTLEBORO — Voters in the Windham Southeast School District approved a $67.7 million budget, voiced trepidation about statewide proposals to close schools and recognized a longtime School Board member.
The budget vote occurred after about an hour of debate at the annual meeting Tuesday night at Brattleboro Union High School and a motion to reduce the spending plan by $1 million failed.
