BRATTLEBORO — Cell phones can be both helpful and distracting.
Brattleboro Union High School Principal Hannah Parker is assembling a committee with staff, students and community members to think strategically about their use in school. The subject has come up at BUHS Leadership Council meetings.
"It's also been a topic faculty and students have brought up in the last year or plus," Parker said in an interview Wednesday.
