TOWNSHEND — In a 148-94 vote Wednesday, residents in the West River Education District approved an approximately $14.8 million budget for fiscal year 2026.
"I want to thank the communities of Jamaica, Newfane, Brookline, Windham and Townshend for their support of the West River FY26 budget," Superintendent Bob Thibault said.
