BRATTLEBORO — A Keene, N.H. man, who had been on the run from Windham County authorities in recent weeks for drug and other charges, is being held without bail.
William S. Bostwick, 42, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to possession of cocaine and fentanyl, transportation of a regulated drug into places of detention, resisting arrest, driving under the influence for a third time and violations of conditions of release.
