BRATTLEBORO — It was a rockin' sendoff for Tom Daughton, who recently retired after a decade as assistant principal at Brattleboro Area Middle School, when the school's unofficial house band, MPR, blasted out tunes in the multipurpose room.
"It was a ton of fun," said Daughton after playing guitar with the band, also known as Must Play Rock, that's made up of teachers and administrators.
