BRATTLEBORO — In a 6-4 vote, the Windham Southeast School District Board rejected a resolution strongly recommending the administration pick out places within the confines of the district to host events such as conferences and retreats.
"Some of us have found there are a great many venues in our own district for admin and board retreats and other off campus events," board member Tim Maciel said at the board meeting last week, citing the Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development, SIT and Scott Farm as examples.
