BRATTLEBORO — Frank Rucker, Windham Southeast Supervisory Union's highly lauded business administrator, is set to retire at the end of December.
"Our school system has had the great fortune over the last 12 years to be served by the finest business administrator in the state of Vermont, in my opinion, and I think many people across the state will tell you that Frank is thoughtful, compassionate, student centered and accountable," Superintendent Mark Speno said at a recent board meeting.
