WILLIAMSVILLE — Celebrating 10 years of community theater, the Rock River Players will premiere a local playwright's work exploring themes such as xenophobia, women's rights, federal government overreach and labor.
Although written three decades ago about events that occurred about 100 years ago, "The Freeing of Mollie Steimer: The Inspiring Story of a Young Woman Who Stood Up to a Corrupt and Oppressive America … and Did Not Back Down" is seen as incredibly timely by the directors and cast.
