BRATTLEBORO — Susan Belville is noticing a trend when it comes to availability for units she considers to fall under workforce housing pricing.
Belville, owner of Belville Realty, said she's finding what she believes to be "a loosening of inventory."
"I also noticed people are dropping their rents to get people to apply and to move into their units," she said.
Belville manages five buildings in Brattleboro.
