BRATTLEBORO — Two community members with a deep commitment to the Windham Southeast School District are running for a three-year term on the board.
In the March 3 election, Rich Leavy and incumbent Kim Price are seeking the Brattleboro seat opening up.
Over the years, Leavy has watched from "the periphery."
