BURLINGTON — U.S. Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.) on Thursday celebrated Vermonter Spencer Wood and all Team USA athletes competing in the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games, which began on Friday in Italy. Wood, of Pittsfield, will be competing as a member of the Team USA Para Alpine Ski Team.
“Vermont is so proud of our incredible paralympic athletes on Team USA, and I look forward to cheering on Spencer and all of our athletes as they compete in Italy.
