BRATTLEBORO — A Connecticut man arrested last fall after Vermont State Police found more than 100 bags of fentanyl, cocaine, and a stolen rental car during a traffic stop on Interstate 91 pleaded guilty Friday in Windham Superior Court and received a flat eight‑month sentence.
