MONTPELIER — In hope of making the state's education system more sustainable, the Vermont House of Representatives passed a major reform bill.
H.454 "marks a major step toward building a more equitable and student-centered public education system, and a more stable, resilient financing system," states an announcement from the Office of the Speaker of the House following the vote on the bill Friday.
