BRATTLEBORO — After losing an appeal of the zoning administrator's determination classifying 69A as a social service or charitable use, the group running the site received conditional use approval from the Development Review Board.
This follows the Select Board's 3-2 vote in December to require such approval via an interim zoning bylaw triggered by concerns about 69A, where unhoused community members congregate and receive resources.
