BRATTLEBORO — Miss Vermont contestant Xiamara Achilles is sharing her experience as a person with disabilities, with the goal of expanding awareness and inspiring hope in others.
This marks her first time in a pageant. She said she's been on "a mission to get out of her comfort zone" ever since she studied abroad a few years ago.
