BRATTLEBORO — An approximately $69,874,600 budget is heading to voters in the Windham Southeast School District. 

Superintendent Mark Speno said the spending plan features a 2.6 percent increase and falls below the rate of inflation, which is a target for staff throughout the budgeting process.

Ten positions have been reduced in the budget, bringing the total up to 30 over the last three years.
