BRATTLEBORO — A Bellows Falls woman is accused of not returning a rented car then lying to police that it had been stolen.
Shawna M. Davignon, 40, of Bellows Falls, through her attorney, pleaded not guilty to failure to return a rented motor vehicle and violating conditions of release during her arraignment Monday in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division.
