CEDAR CREST, N.M. — A local legend has left us. Charles Bird “CB” Vaughan Jr. died of natural causes on January 26 at his home in Cedar Crest, N.M. Born to Charles and Alice Vaughan in Ridgewood, N.J., Vaughan's family fortuitously moved to Manchester, Vermont when he was just three years old.
