BRATTLEBORO — Nell Mayo believes a change in approach is needed.
She's running for one of the one-year Select Board seats in the March 3 election. Other candidates include incumbent Isaac Evans-Frantz, Randy Blodgett, Deena Chadwick and Bill Harvey.
"During last fiscal year, I heard widespread alarm over the budget and the large, unplanned, mid-year expenditures," she said.
