WINDHAM — Most of the discussion at Windham's annual Town Meeting on Tuesday was devoted to the future of the town's school kids.
"Some of the most participative discussion was around two School Board articles," wrote Town Clerk Bea Eliastam. "There was a lot of energy around emotion about the impact of the state-wide education system at our local town level.
