BRATTLEBORO — Jessica Everlith will fill in on the Windham Southeast School District Board until the March election.
After interviews with three candidates and an executive session to discuss the appointment privately at a special meeting Tuesday, the board voted 5-3 to have Everlith cover the vacancy created when Eva Nolan resigned earlier this month.
