BRATTLEBORO — A Bellows Falls man is facing prison time in New Hampshire after getting caught with cocaine again.
Westyn G. Wright, 44, pleaded not guilty earlier this month to misdemeanor charges of cocaine possession and violation of conditions of release in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division.
"It doesn't matter what the court does," State's Attorney Steven Brown said at the arraignment, as Wright would be held by the Vermont Department of Corrections and transferred to New Hampshire authorities.
