WEST DOVER — Mount Snow Ski Werks is modeled to be more than just a shop.
"We're trying to create a community here," said Dave Buckley, shop co-owner.
He envisions people coming in, hanging out, drinking coffee, eating hot dogs or other snacks, watching ski films, conducting classes and hosting meetings.
