WEST DOVER — An outdoor concert will raise funds for Deerfield Valley Rescue and promote the upcoming Dead of Summer Music Festival in the place where it all started.
"We decided to do something for the community here," said Joe Levy, owner and CEO of Whirlygig Music.
In 2019, the first "Dead of Summer Music Festival" happened at One More Time in West Dover.
