BRATTLEBORO — In switching up its reorganization date to comply with state law, the Windham Southeast School District Board snubbed a longtime member of local school boards. 

On Tuesday, the board reorganized at the advice of counsel. But in doing so, Shaun Murphy of Guilford, who did not seek reelection after serving on school boards since 2003, will not be sitting at the dais at the annual meeting March 18.
